Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures.
- Ensure proper resource allocation.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities.
- Maintain discipline and a positive work environment.
Business Performance & Targets:
- Drive branch performance to meet revenue, sales, or service targets.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement local strategies.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Monitor internal controls and reduce operational risks.
- Conduct audits and ensure proper documentation.
Financial Oversight:
- Manage branch budgets, expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure accuracy in transactions and reporting.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate with head office and other departments.
- Submit regular operational and performance reports.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making.
